Ms. Xiomara Noguera

Hola! My name is Xiomara Noguera and I am from Mérida, Venezuela. Fun fact about Mérida: even though Mérida is a small city in Venezuela,  it has a world Guinness records for the ice-cream shop with the most flavors! Mérida also has the highest and second longest cable car in the world which will take you to the peak at 15,633 ft above sea level.
I graduated from the University of Los Andes as a Medical Doctor with a OBGYN specialization.  I worked as a doctor in Venezuela for 30 years until I retired when I moved to the United States 3 years ago.  I lived in Florida prior to moving to Florence just a few months ago.
I am very excited to start a new phase sharing the love for the language and Spanish culture with students at IHM.
