Mrs. Michelle Steuber

Welcome to the Room 1B First Grade family. My name is Michelle Steuber and I am so lucky to be the teacher in room 1B this year. I am so excited to work with you and your family this year! It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures. 

My husband Jacob and I have 3 sons, Cole, Max and Sam that will all be at IHM this school year. When I am not teaching I can be found on fields and courts watching my boys play their sports, running, reading a good book, going on vacations and spending time with my friends and family. 

This is my 22nd year teaching. For the past 21 years my home has been in an Ohio public school in both first grade, for 14 years, and third grade, for the past 7 years. I earned a Bachelor Degree in Education from Miami University and a Masters in Education from Marygrove University.

Teaching has always been where my heart is. I attempt to teach all of my subjects with a lot of energy and passion, so that my students become life-long learners! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is so important to keep communication  open  between us. I am available to talk to you whenever you feel the need. I am so excited to see what all will happen in 1B!
