Welcome to Immaculate Heart of Mary School! My name is Kim Hillenbrand (Mrs. H to the students) and I am going into my 6th year in my role as an Interventionist at Immaculate Heart of Mary. I am a state licensed and nationally certified pediatric Occupational therapist and have been practicing for over 26 years. I received my degree in Occupational therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 1996 and worked as a related services provider in school settings for over 18 years, including Cincinnati Public Schools and Erlanger/Elsmere Schools before transitioning to IHM. In 2019 I received specialty certification as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider.
In my current role at IHM I am a part of the LAB (Learning Advancement Block) team for grades K-5. I am also an ALP (Alternative Learning Plan) Advocate for the many of our students that are diagnosed with ADHD. My favorite thing about working at IHM is being part of a faith-filled family and parish community. The students and staff at IHM truly feel like a second family to me.
