Email Scam Using Staff's Name (AGAIN!)

Here are other warning signs an email could be a phishing attempt:

• The email directs you to click a link or take an action
• If you hover the mouse over the link (DO NOT CLICK) a different URL than what the email indicates
• The email requests gift cards
• The email claims you must take action quickly or dire consequences will occur
• The grammar and/or spelling of the email is wrong
• The "From" email address does not match who supposedly sent the email. (example - IHM would not send an email from a gmail account)
