Extended Day Registration Information

Pre-K(Full day) through 5th Grade only

Thank you for choosing Immaculate Heart of Mary School for your child.  We know that you have many choices for your child’s education and we appreciate that you have entrusted us with his/her educational needs. We will once again be offering the Extended Day Program for your child entering grades from Pre-K (Full day) through 5th grade.  

Darlene Rechtin is our Extended Day Program Supervisor.  She will take care of the day to day operations of supervising the students, including providing snacks and activities.  She has many years of experience as an in home care provider. She is the person to go to with questions about attendance and behavioral concerns.  You can email her at [email protected].

Hours of Operation:

• Monday through Thursday 2:15 pm - 6:00 pm
• Friday 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm
• Schedule is subject to change based on the availability of the facilities

Fees: One Child Two or more Children

• 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm $12 per day $18 per day
• 2:15 pm - 6:00 pm $20 per day $30 per day

• late-pickup fee: $25 per 15 minutes

An invoice will be sent weekly by email to collect the fees through the Square program.

All students will receive a snack and a drink.  Students will have active time outdoors or in the gym as well as time to work or play quietly.  All policies in our IHM student handbook also apply to the Extended Day Program.

There are a limited number of spots available.  Registration in the Extended Day Program is on a first come, first serve basis.  Families who have participated in the program during the previous school year will be given first priority.  We do not take walk-ins.  If your child will need to stay for the Extended Day Program, please register him/her at the beginning of the school year, or as soon as you know that your child will need to go to the Extended Day Program on an ongoing basis. You will not be charged for days when the Extended Day Program is closed.
